此產業是綠色產業的重要項目之一，從藍寶石長晶開始到切割線路切割，我們從固晶開始導入，主要鎖定 Hybrid 的環氧硅系產品，配合不同的固化製程參數條件不同，推出一系列的 產品來因應市場需求。
接著應用於白光的需求，在藍光的晶粒上灌注混入螢光粉的環氧樹脂，LED 產品變成杯狀的結構就可以變成白光LED 燈珠，用的環氧樹脂都是抗黃變的高等級樹脂，可以抵抗嚴格的環境測試及老化測試。

LED車燈應用
LED應用在汽機車產業的巴士，卡車上的特別需要做防水的封裝，永寬使用環氧樹脂來成功改變使用已久的硅膠，可以達到更好的接著性耐候性，同時不會傷害塑膠燈殻。 永寬的環氧灌注產品可以有以下的特點：
• 對於塑膠燈殼的各種材質都不會有腐蝕的現象。
• 灌注後各種正負電極的電線材質都可以有效的支撐，不會有環境測試後有龜裂，裂縫，腐蝕所造成的漏水的問題。
• 對於 L E D 的電路控制板不會有任何的影響，且可以有很高的絕緣特性，穩定度很高，絕對沒有漏電的問題。
• 永寬的此系列環氧產品都有抗黃化，抗龜裂，抗腐蝕的，高絕緣的特性。
• 可以搭配各類的膠水來應用。

7392 is the second encapsulation which passed the UL94V-0 test in the world. Started to develop a series of LED applications from 7392. Such as LED headlight encapsulations, 7-segment display encapsulations, Fixed dice adhesive, White Light LED encapsulations. Our LED developments had been beginning from the UL specification colorless encapsulations, then developing a series of products for different applications in LED, curing process parameters, and environment testing conditions (such as waterproof, high temperatures and high humidity, TCP240, etc.).

This industry is one of the important projects of the green industry. Cutting from sapphire crystal growth to cutting line. We started with fixed dice and mainly target acquired Hybrid's epoxy silicon products also cooperated in different of curing process parameters. We had been developing a series of products to meet the market requirements.
Applied to the require of white light, the epoxy resin which mixed with the fluorescence and poured in the sapphire crystal. The LED product becomes a cup-shaped structure and can be turned into the white light LED lamp bead. These epoxy resin apply for high-grade yellowing resistance, and it can resistant the stringent environment test and ageing test.
