JD487-1AB

JD487-1 is a two-component epoxy resin for electronic devices. This resin has high adhesion strength. This product offers long-term working time after mixing and is easy to operate, quick defoam, excellent fluidity, and good surface gloss. This resin doesn’t have poor gloss after it is cured. Ideal for general purpose industrial utilities requiring extended work life. This product is suited for plastics and metal bonding.
  1. This resin has low viscosity as well as good fluidity and is good for potting.
  2. The working time of this product is 60~90 minutes and it depends on the ambient temperature.
  3. The hardener of this resin which is exposed to the air will not yield an insoluble, whitish solid.
  4. The hardening surface will not exhibit surface oiliness and poor gloss.
  5. The cured product of this resin is effective against moisture and water.
  6. For its performance and reliability, this product is used widely in various areas.
  7. This product complies with the 2011/65/EU RoHS regulations.
