JD197-5
JD197-5 is a single-component soft epoxy resin developed for the bonding of electronic components. This resin has low shrinkage hardness. This product has good fatigue resistance and anti-cracking characteristics, and can meet the adhesion requirements that may occur vibration. This resin has good toughness, low heat and resistance to cold and heat shock. This product has excellent durability and can pass many different environmental tests.
