JC342-5

JC342-5 is a one component epoxy that is designed for curing at temperature from 120℃ to 180℃. This resin develop tough, strong, structural bonds which provide excellent shear, peel and impact strength. The crack and fatigue resistance of this product are outstanding in many vibrational applications. This resin is well suited for metal bonding and joining materials including composites, ceramics, glass, rubber and plastics. This product is recommended as a high performance adhesive where reliability and durability is desired.
  1. The pot life of this product is very long at room temperature.
  2. This resin is stable for stroage and offers long shelf life at low temperature (-20℃).
  3. The reactivity of this resin is good at the temperature higher than 120℃.
  4. Cured resin forms an outstanding bonding with various substrates.
  5. The retained strength of this product after environmental test experiments is excellent.
  6. This product complies with the 2002/95EC RoHS regulations.
  7. This product complies to chlorine < 900ppm, bromine < 900ppm, chlorine + bromine < 1500ppm.
