JC337-8AB
JC337-8 is a two component epoxy with high viscosity and high temperature properties. This resin is well suited for electronic devices bonding. The durability of this product is very high levels and this resin can pass many environmental test experiments. This resin has high Tg and can resist temperatures above 150 oC. Generally, an elevated temperature post-cure is necessary to obtain maximum high-temperature stability and optimum properties.
