JB925-4AB

JB925-4 is a two component epoxy. This resin exhibits perfect surface gloss. This product is recommended as a general adhesive where convenience and speed at room temperature is desired. This product offers high adhesion strength, greasy resistance, chemical and solvent resistance. The crack and fatigue resistance of this product are outstanding in many vibrational applications. For its characteristic and reliability, this resin is recommended as a general adhesive for bonding plastics, metals and some construction materials.
  1. This product exhibits good viscosity, excellent thixotropic. This product can be also controlled flow and have sag resistance.
  2. This resin offers excellent retention of electrical insulation properties under high humidity conditions.
  3. Cured resin has good adhesion strength to many plastics and metals.
  4. These resins offers outstanding shear and peel strength.
  5. The retained strength of this product after environmental test experiments is excellent.
  6. This product complies to the 2002/ 95EC RoHS regulations.
  7. This resin is a UL94V-0 approved compound.
