GN435-12
GN435-12 is photo-curing adhesive for pcb reinforcement. This resin can cure rapidly under the visible light (436nm) and offers good toughness after curing. When cured, the flexibility of this product makes it ideal for applications involving dissimilar surfaces where thermal coefficient of expansion may be a problem. This product has good elongation to resist temperature changes.
