GC152-1 UV PSA Series
GC152-1 is 100% UV PSA with high temperature resistance and high tack. It is applied for the adhesive tapes, and it is used for various fields by various thickness. It exhibits excellent tack, good ductility, environmentally-friendly property, and it also maintains its adhesion at high temperature (70 oC) to replace traditional solvent-based PSA.

1. After UV curing of this product, the colloid has the characteristics of high light transmittance, high flexibility and high initial viscosity.
2. This product needs to be covered with a release film before UV curing to prevent the effect of oxygen and polymerization. After curing, the colloid is pressure sensitive and has strong bonding strength to common plastic substrates (PMMA, PVC, PS, PC, PET, ABS, PA...), metals (Cu, Al...) and glass.
3. After UV curing of this product, the colloid can maintain its adhesion in a high temperature environment (70°C).
4. This product has good flexibility and ductility, and is suitable for bonding plastic materials with different expansion coefficients.
5. This product complies with 2011/65/EU RoHS regulations.
