Experiment § Low Dielectric Constant Adhesive
As high frequency era coming, 5G needs higer frequency to transmit a large quantity of signal and decreases the loss and lag when transmitting. To meet those challenages, developing low dielectric constant materials is crucial. When current passes the material, the insulation properties of the material will turn into dielectric properties and its molecule will take dipole motion (Figure1, 2) When operating, energy saving and wasting may lead to the lag or incompletion of signal transmitting, then effecting its property. When the signal on PCB passing through wire bendin area, it needs to protect the wires with the low dielectric material (Figure 3). Low dielectric property will be tested by DEA parallel plate method and circular specimen should be covered with detection zone (Figure 4, 5) and the thickness is about 1mm (Figure 6). So far, the dielectric constant of the FR509 series product under 105 operating frequency is 2.58; the dielectric Loss is 0.00605, and those figures prove that the material exhibits low dielectric constant properties. Activity § The Larger Company is Guiding Us About Low-carbon
The larger company is guiding about Low-carbon means leading us to do energy saving and carbon reduction with the energy management experience of large enterprise and learn about ISO-50001. Besides learning regulations, collecting electric power utilization data is required. Understanding the electric power utilization of each instruments so that can figure out “Major electricity consumer” to find out improving methods. To achieve above goals, we plan to install intelligent electronic meter and monitoring and control equipment. Recently, the construction of communication pipeline will go on stage, welcome to follow our progress(Figure 1~4).
Knowledge § What is Reactive Inorganic Adhesive? (2)
Curing for reactive inorganic adhesive is more complicated. Adhesive contains fixed water; however, most of water should be volatiled. Therefore, not only crosslinking density but also water volatility should be taken account into curing conditions. Curing temperature should be separated into several stages, like room temperature, 80-90℃ and over 100℃. It is recommended to cure at room temperature for 1-4 hours to make surface a gelatinized layer; bonding temperature is 80-90℃. The aim is to maintain proper water volatility under gelatinized layer, enhance crosslinking density meanwhile, and recommended curing time is 1-2hours. Finally, heat at over 100℃ which is higher than boiling point to make water volatiled completely, and enhance crosslinking density meanwhile. Recommended curing time is 1 hour.
Living § Five-day, Four-night trip Tateyama Kurobe Company Trip
With the introduction of Mr. You who is a tour guide makes me learn more about the natural scenery and historical culture of Japan. As for natural scenery, Magome, Kamikochi, Taisho Pond and Kappabashi Bridge are stunning. To visit Takayama-shi, Kenroku-en, Shirakawa and Nagoya Castle those ancient streets and buildings feels like putting myself in the film scenes of Miyazaki Hayao. It's worth mentioning that taking the train of Kurobe-shi, I felt relaxed and enjoyed 2 hours of slow speed drive ,and experiencing the atmosphere of the forest and canyon. Of course, the bubbling laughter of my colleagues is the vital ingredient in this compant trip. If you wander those beautiful scenes, maybe there is a monkey coming and saying hello to you! As for Humanities, I am quited interested in the long history, diversity, traditional and modern values of Japan. Especially for their repects for others from bowing, using honorific and grateful words that make me feel admired for the inner cultivation. The tour guide also mentioned about the delay of retiring age policy in Japan which means more and more people will continue devoting into workforce market, decreases social welfare burden, and enhances social engagement and self-identity. I made a deep impression on middle-aged workers who served on scenic spots.
