Experiment § UV glue for V-cut light guide plate


There are four production methods for the light guide plate: 1. Hot pressing forming, advantages: cheap equipment and integral forming; 2. Injection forming, suitable for small size, which is a non-mainstream method; 3. UV forming, making the light guide plate with UV glue; 4, Film sticker. At present, the light guide plate made of UV glue material can be used in the following applications: ①Monitor / TV, high brightness, wide viewing angle, large size; ②Notebook PC ─ high efficiency/power saving, light and thin; ③Satellite navigation/vehicle device ─ high brightness, sturdiness, weather resistance; ④ Palm-sized device ─ small size, light and thin, power saving.

Mr. Yun-xian, Liu graduated from the Department of Environmental Engineering and Sanitation of Fooyin University and studied in the chemical engineering department during the fifth college period. Because of his exposure to environmental and labor safety and health matters, he became the labor safety director, responsible for the company's internal environment and labor safety and health-related matters. 【Enthusiastic family and endless driving force】Everwide Chemical is Yun-xian, Liu's first job. He said frankly: "I was a little scared when I first joined the company. After all, I am not familiar with the new environment. Fortunately, everyone gets along well." After staying in Everwide Chemical for six years, Yun-xian, Liu has witnessed the growth of Everwide Chemical. "At the beginning, there were not many employees in the company. Everyone would help each other at work, just like a big family. I think Everwide Chemical has been making progress and will not stick to the rules and stagnate." The number of employees has increased from the original 19. It has expanded to 69 people now. More and more production equipment is on-site, and the production capacity increases. In recent years, the factory has been developed with new R&D laboratories and countless instruments and equipment. Knowledge § The reason for the poor drying of the UV glue surface?

The light-hardening acrylic resin reacts by repeated steps such as free radicals and monomers to generate new free radicals. Still, the free radicals also react with oxygen in the air to produce peroxides. The reaction speed of free radicals and oxygen is hundreds of times faster than free radicals and monomers. The reaction speed of the generated peroxide radicals with monomers is prolonged, which affects the reaction speed.

This effect is most apparent at the position (usually the surface) where the resin is in contact with the air. In mild cases, the reaction rate of the resin surface is slightly lower, and the scratch resistance is poor; in serious cases, the surface will feel oily and sticky; When the film is very thin, there are even cases where it cannot be hardened at all.

 

Living § How to use public transportation from Douliu to Taoyuan Airport?

Over the years, I have always felt that people should reduce the impact on nature, so when I can go abroad, as long as time permits, I will try to use public transportation. These experiences can be shared with you, hoping to arouse your interest. The easiest, but possibly the slowest, is to take the train from Douliu to Zhongli and then take the Taoyuan bus to the airport. Because the train alone takes about 2.5 hours, and the passenger transport takes about 1 hour. So I rarely sit like this myself. The second is to take the train to Taichung. Next to Taichung Railway Station, Kuo-kuang Passenger Transport and U-bus Passenger Transport. There are direct trains to Taoyuan Airport for these two passenger transport companies. The advantage of this method is that it saves time, as the train only takes about 1 hour to get to Taichung, and then the passenger takes only 2 hours to reach the airport. But first, look at these two passenger transport timetables because the frequency is limited. The fastest way is, of course, to take the high-speed rail. Just take the train to "Xinwuri Station" (the station name of Taiwan Railway), walk through the platform, you can go to the high-speed rail station, and then take the train to Taoyuan. It takes about 1 hour to take the train from Douliu to Xinwuri Station, but only local and local express trains will stop at Xinwuri Station. The high-speed train from Taichung to Taoyuan only takes 40 minutes. After leaving the station, you can take U-bus to the airport (every 5~20 minutes), and it only takes 20 minutes to arrive. If I took an early flight and slept in the Zhongli office the night before, I could take the Taoyuan bus early in the morning to the airport (the first bus at 7:00) or the high-speed rail Taoyuan Station (the first bus at 6:20). Then take the shuttle bus. Of course, you can also take the high-speed train early in the morning (the first train at Taichung Station at 6:30, to Taoyuan Station at 7:00) or the U-bus (the first train at Taichung Station at 3:00). In addition to reducing the impact on nature, taking public transportation means you can freely use the time in the car, which is worth recommending. It's just that everyone must plan well so that the situation will not be self-defeating temporarily. Perhaps these methods are not as convenient as driving by yourself, and taking the high-speed rail may be more expensive than yourself, but environmental protection is an attitude to life.
