Experiment § Chemical Resistance Test of Diaphragm
Due to the increasing severity of COVID-19, compared with the past without the epidemic, the public uses alcohol more frequently to disinfect 3C products around them. Everwide's customers use adhesive materials on the application of 3C products, such as the glue for the top cover of laptops. The glue material received customer complaints after much long-term alcohol wiping, so we considered how to strengthen the chemical resistance of the glue? In formula design, we design according to different directions and expand in a tree diagram. 1. Increase the hardness of the glue. 2. Improve the adhesion between the adhesive layer and the substrate. 3. Use more weather-resistant raw materials. In order to meet better customer needs, it is different from the "Alcohol Abrasion Tester" test. We put the coated test piece into a zipper bag filled with alcohol, fill it with air and seal it tightly (Figure 1, 2). The film is filled with alcohol and alcohol vapor. After standing for 24 hours, we observe the film surface state of the test piece and carry out the 100 grids test to simulate whether the adhesive layer has sufficient chemical resistance. Glue with poor chemical resistance will wrinkle on the film surface after a period of time, and even the adhesive layer will detach from the substrate. Glue with good chemical resistance keeps the film surface flat and has good adhesion (Figure 3). At present, this series of plastic materials can resist alcohol for more than 48 hours, and you are welcome to contact us if you are interested.

Activity § Clean Beach and Green Energy Park
Even if the weather was bad on the day of the beach cleaning activity in the first half of the year, everyone still actively participated (Figure 1). A total of 130.89 kg of general garbage was picked up by everyone, and 93.46 kg of garbage was recycled. We are particularly grateful to the cleaning team in Taishi Township for assisting in the removal of garbage, providing interesting prize-based responses, and increasing our knowledge of environmental protection (Figure 2). Although we were exhausted during the beach cleaning activities, we felt that everything was worth it when we saw the results. Colleagues said: "It is a very meaningful experiencing activity, I will definitely participate again next time!" (Picture 3) After the activity, we headed to Chaoyang Farm for a healthy lunch and dessert. Under the leadership of the farm guide, we visited the green energy park setting, ecological restoration farm, and DIY mushroom growing space package (Figure 4, 5). Everyone had a great time and gained a lot mentally and physically!
Knowledge § Curing Conditions for Light Curing Coatings (1)
Light-curing coatings are often cured by conveyor-belt mercury lamps, and their curing conditions often show these two items: 1. Irradiation intensity: mercury lamp (80W/cm), the unit is "lamp". 2. Curing rate, the unit is "m/min". "Irradiation intensity" is the power consumed by the mercury lamp divided by the length of the mercury lamp, and "80W/cm" refers to the mercury lamp that consumes 80W per centimeter of the lamp tube. The unit "lamp" means how many lamps there are. "Cure rate" refers to the speed of the conveyor belt, and the unit "m/min" represents how many meters per minute. The reciprocal of the curing speed is "min/m", which refers to the number of minutes per meter, which is the unit of time. If there are irradiation intensity and time, the energy of irradiation can be calculated.

I started piano lessons because my relatives who graduated from foreign piano departments wanted to set up a piano classroom. In addition, my parents thought that children who learned talents would be more obedient, so I started my path to learning piano. Learning the piano is not only learning to play, but also learning music theory, basic music history, musical instrument history, and composer background, so as to be able to play the atmosphere that the music composition wants to express. During my learning, I didn't quite agree with my parents' method of how many hours I had to practice every day, but I never hated the piano. My parents thought I could play better with more practice, but that's not necessarily true. Many piano students attend at least two presentations every year. I asked the teacher: Why do we never hold a presentation? He replied: I have considered it but if students do not stick to this option in the future, doing so will only waste a lot of time preparing for the presentation. I also asked: How many years can I get to the highest level? The teacher said: If you just study the specified content of the test, then getting the highest level will be very fast, but it will not be beneficial to the whole. Because you can memorize the answers to arranging and composing music, but if you don't have the ability to compose, it will be in vain. Because parents like to show their children's excellence based on exams, I can easily feel their parents' pressure, helplessness, and lack of relevant knowledge. The tricks of the exam may not be absolutely related to how much knowledge you have. In this process, I realized that qualitative change is very important. If there is no qualitative change, we can only continue to work hard to make up the gap.
