Experimental § MS adhesive for rubber bonding
Due to the low surface tension, low polarity and high flexibility of rubber itself, high-polarity epoxy resin, UV adhesive or general MS adhesives are not very good for its adhesion. Recently, we have developed MS adhesives for rubber. The goal is that no primer is required no odor, and no harm to the substrate. Figure 1 is the harm to the substrate. Figure 1 is the situation where the developed product FS200BL and the conventional product FS115BL3 are used to adhesive the silicone and tear it by hand: FS200BL is in the mixed failure mode, and the latter is bonding invalid. Figure 2 shows the adhesion of another developed product and conventional product FS115W1 to EPDM. The developed product is obviously cohesive failure, and there is residual adhesive on both sides; FS115W1 is the adhesive invalid, and one side is degummed. The developed products that adhere to SBR also have good effects (Figure 3, SBR has been cleaned by MEK). The current formula is used for rubber-to-rubber adhesion, and can often be adhesived on both sides, but the adhesion between rubber and plastic is not good enough (Figure 4). The possible reason is that during the peeling force process of plastic and rubber, the plastic material will not be deformed, and the colloid has a strong adhesion to the plastic. Therefore, the maximum stress is the interface between the rubber substrate and the MS colloid, which makes the MS colloid tend to peel from the rubber surface. We will continue to improve the adhesion of plastic and rubber materials.

Activity § Everyone come to prevent COVID-19
In order to prevent COVID-19, we have relevant measures: visitors, manufacturers and couriers need to monitor body temperature and wear masks to ensure everyone can work in a safe environment (Figure 1). Every morning, all colleagues must measure the body temperature and record it to facilitate traceability (Figure 2). If an abnormal condition is found, medical treatment will be required as soon as possible. In order to remind colleagues of the importance of epidemic prevention, the latest epidemic prevention information and announcement broadcasts are conducted twice a week. Knowledge § Is MS resin resistant to organic solvents?
Most MS resins and organic solvents (such as MEK, n-Hexane or Toluene) will swell significantly after prolonged contact, which will cause serious deterioration of MS colloids. Therefore we should avoid using MS resins in this environment. On the contrary, brief contact has little effect on the cured MS resin, such as cleaning or wiping. Therefore, we should choose short contact as much as possible.
Living § About cats
More and more families keep pets now, treating them as if pets were their family members, and even call them "furkid". In order to solve loneliness,I raised cats when I was working in Hsinchu. Cats are willful, but they also loveable. Although cats are independent, we should take care carefully. Besides basic physical needs (food, water and cat litter), their psychological needs cannot be ignored. The care and interaction of the host is very important. Even if you are busy, you need to spend time with them. There are many cute things about cats: cats don’t care how you call them, but if you carefully observe the tail movement, if they swing, it means that they know that you are calling them, but they are too lazy to respond you, which is obviously a proud personality.Undoubtedly, there are also disturbing things for cats. For example, cat fur float in the air at any time at home, claw marks appear on new furnitures, objects on the table often appear on the ground, running crazy in the middle of the night and knocking things down, etc.But whenever I see them cute when they sleep, I think it's worth it!
