Experiment § Moisture hardening type hard caulk
Moisture-hardening products usually give the impression of soft rubber, which is used for sealing applications and endures external forces to maintain a good sealing state of the product. Moisture-hardening products with high hardness are usually added with a large amount of inorganic fillers, so they look opaque. Recently we have developed a transparent version of the high-hardness product FS192 (Figure 1).The Shore hardness after hardening can reach D 41 (Figure 2), and the Shore A hardness specification is around 90 (Figure 3). FS192 is similar in viscosity to Shore A 30's soft product FS0665, and still maintains good adhesion characteristics (Figure 4).Since there are not many products of this type in the market, the application is yet to be developed. At present, we set it as a single-liquid moisture-hardening hard caulking compound to distinguish two-liquid epoxy resin that also has high hardness and is also cured at room temperature. Activity § In recent days
Two consecutive days of ISO14001 & ISO45001 management system audits were completed with the joint efforts of partners (Figure 1). The original two small exhaust fans were replaced with large one in the film work area to effectively reduce the irritating odor and provide a healthier working environment for colleagues (Figure 2). At the end of the year, in order to ensure the unity of the accounts, everyone worked together to confirm the materials. (Figure 3).besides acceptance checks of this year, these activities also examine what can be improved, and more importantly, make better preparations for next year.
Knowledge §What are the characteristics of MS resin?
Most formulations of MS resin (Modified silicone) are single-liquid type, the reaction behavior is like RTV1 silicone rubber, easy to use; Tg is less than -40 ℃, can maintain good mechanical properties in low temperature environment. MS the molecular structure is similar to the general organic compounds, and can be attached and painted again; the ingredients without Silicone will not be contaminated with silicone oil. Different fillers can be used to adjust physical properties, such as increasing tensile strength, hardness, specific gravity, and thermal conductivity etc. The main chain of MS resin is different from silicone rubber, and there is no problem with high temperature environment in a short time, for example: the soldering process of electronic parts. MS resin is not recommended for long-term use in high-temperature environments, for example: long-term above 100 ℃, you must do experimental evaluation now.
Living § Choose good and stubborn to change yourself
My friend told me that your posture has really changed a lot. Is there any secret? Choose good and stubborn! Choosing the right things to do, and perseverance is the reason for my success. At first, it was my mother's diabetes, which made me vigilant, so for the sake of health, I decided to take a journey to lose weight. Since last year, I have used a low-glycemic diet (Biweekly No. 284). My weight has dropped from 114 kg to nearly 93 kg, and my waist has dropped from 48 inches to 41 inches. The results have been very good. The good times are not long, I encountered a stagnation period of weight loss, and I chose to escape. Because the New Year's dishes are so good, I just want to make plans after the year, resulting in excessive intake of calories, but the weight has quietly rebounded without mercy. I was panicked again when I stepped on the weight machine and told myself that I couldn't erode anymore. In a conversation, a friend shared a coach who was very nice, and asked me to try it out. Unwilling to let the previous efforts go in vain, I decided to let go with a determination to win, so I decided to learn from the coach immediately without saying a word. In the early days of change, for me who didn't love sports, I had to live a sports life that was urged every day, which really upset me. Besides, I can say that I have zero experience in fitness. In addition, the movements taught by the coach are very different from what I usually know, which makes me unsure. It's so risky that the coach urges and encourages from my friends. Fortunately, I have a good advantage of "stubbornness" and insist that it must be done. After continuing to exercise for a while, the posture and weight have changed. The weight has dropped from 93 to 63, and the waist has changed from 41 inches to 31 inches. Compared with 2018, it is nearly 50 kg less. For me, this year is the most challenging year, from not wanting to do it, to learning and doing it spontaneously, making the impossible possible. Perhaps "choosing goodness and stubbornness" is also an attitude of life! I am happy to share my changes.
