Experiment § Neutral Dealcoholized Silicone RTV
It has been 8 years since the development of the FS series in 2011, and we have tried to use the same method to develop Silicone RTV. We soon invented "Acetoxy base" and "Oxime base" products. We started to try a neutral alcohol system in 2014. The products made at the beginning are very unstable. The viscosity, hardness, or curing speed of the product are all difficult to control. After two months of perseverance, we finally made a dealcoholized neutral RTV which is similar to the competition, which also made significant progress in this four-year development project. The process of development experiment of neutral dealcoholization products is very difficult: It takes a day to make the moisture adhesive into a test piece, but the burning test only takes ten seconds. Because there is no analytical instrument to assist, we can only infer the possibility from what happened and try to crack the trick. Einstein once said, "Imagination is more important than knowledge." Because in addition to using the knowledge learned, experiments have to add endless imagination. If you just gave up when you encountered difficulties at the beginning, no such product will be born now.

Activity § Things happened in June
The company's activities are as enthusiastic as the weather: Because OHSAS18001 is to be revised to ISO45001, our company organized internal auditor training. The annual health checkup will be held by Beigang Branch of China Medical University in our factory. Hope everyone is healthy and safe. The internship of the 8 interns is coming to an end, and we believe that they have all learned a lot. After 20 times of garbage picking up, the messy situation has been significantly improved. Enrich yourself, take care of yourself, care about others, and care about the environment. This is June.
Knowledge § The principle of Nylon surface treatment agent
Nylon is a crystalline polymer. The crystallized area will resist the penetration of adhesive, so it is difficult to bond. The treatment agent can convert the crystalline area on the surface of Nylon into an amorphous structure, allowing the adhesive to penetrate into the surface of Nylon to achieve the first requirement for good adhesion. If the structure of the cured adhesive is too different than Nylon, the adhesive will gradually be squeezed to the surface during the curing process, and good adhesive strength will not be obtained: The compatibility of the adhesive and Nylon is also the key. Extending from the discussion above: 1. Primer is not a panacea, it should be matched with a suitable adhesive. 2. After Primer treatment, it must be bonded as soon as possible, otherwise the amorphous structure will slowly turn back to the crystalline structure, which will greatly reduce the effect of the treatment.
Living § Hehuan Mountain North Peak ─ Beyond the summit
My parents wanted to go out to relax, so I proposed to go to Hehuan Mountain. However, my dad said, "This mountain is easy to climb." Therefore, I said, "Let's go to Hehuan Mountain North Peak. You haven't been there. It's very steep!" We got up at 2 o’clock in the morning and started climbing at 03:45. Because the temperature was very low, my father felt dizzy, so we had to slow down and rest more. We met sunrise halfway. After dawn, we saw the reflector, the beautiful arrow bamboo grassland and the azalea blossoms (Figure 1-4). My mother asked me to take pictures for her and sent photos to her classmates. When they reached the top, they all shouted, "It's not easy!" (Figure 5, 3422 meters) From the top of the mountain, we could see Hehuan Peaks and Mt. Qilai Series.They also talked about the past that they climbed the Qilai North Peak and the main peak 4 times. They almost lost their way, and was too tired to eat. From the bottom of the mountain, you can know how steep the mountain is (Figure 6) The parents comforted the climber who were huffing and puffing, "It's almost here." Young people asked about their ages. I said Dad was 80 and Mom was 74. They exclaimed, "They can reach the top, so we must do it." When I returned to the trailhead, I thought of the term "beyond the summit". Does it mean climbing up a mountain, breaking through psychological barriers, breaking physical limitations, achieving rare achievements, or is it all of the above?
