Experiment § Water molecules in the air = invisible curing agent

There are many kinds of resins that can be cured by moisture. The well-known ones are PU, Silicone, and moisture-curing adhesives. The reaction mechanism is at room temperature, and water molecules in the atmosphere inspire cross-linking. Because the curing process does not require any heating or post-treatment, it is convenient and energy-saving. Thus, it is suitable for applications that cannot be heated and exposed, and whose depth is less than 10mm. In addition, temperature and humidity control the reaction ability of this type of resin. Appropriate humidity is an essential part of the reaction, and a harsh and low humidity environment will extend the curing time (Figure 1-2). From another point of view, the removal of moisture in the resin during the manufacturing process is the key to the storage stability of such products. The method of water removal are heating and vacuuming, physical adsorption with molecular sieves, chemical reaction removal with water removal agent, etc. Most of our production process uses heating, vacuuming and dewatering agent to reduce the moisture under a certain level. Figure 3 shows the equipment for heating and vacuuming in the laboratory; Figure 4 shows how the moisture is drawn out under vacuum; Figure 5 is a small-scale trial-produced equipment. In addition to formula research, we are also committed to process improvement and packaging material evaluation to effectively improve product preservation. Everwide has grown from scratch in the field of moisture curing, all thanks to the guidance given to us by all walks of life. We will continue to work hard.

Activity § About Everwide

May 11, 1998 was the day for Everwide to register. We chose to take root in Douliu, Yunlin. In the early days of our foundation, we went through untold hardships. Everyone was thinking hard about formulas, production, business development, and so on. Under the leadership of senior staffs, we participated in domestic and foreign exhibitions to accumulate connections and reputation. Looking back on the past, the bitterness and hardship will always remain in my heart. We are now a company with more than 100 employees, and we have a huge factory area. The team gradually gains a foothold, and the addition of new members also injects a new force.期Hope that we can continue to grow, become famous in the trend of the times, and create a legend that belongs to Everwide.

Knowledge § Features of perfect-liquid one component epoxy

Most one-component epoxy resins are heterogeneous systems, using a dispersed powder curing agent, which will dissolved into the resin to react at a specific temperature. Perfect-liquid one component epoxy means that the curing agent is liquid or can be dissolved in the resin. This kind of curing agent is called melt type, and the advantage of the resin formula made by this is that the system is homogeneous and there will be no problem of thin layer not drying; The disadvantage is that it is not easy to balance reactivity and storage: low-temperature curing (80~100℃/1hr) formula can be used for about 2 days at room temperature; If it can be used for more than 7 days at room temperature, moderate high temperature is required for curing (120~150℃).

Living § Free and at ease

If hard work makes you feel tired, why not slow down and take a trip. Hakone, Kamakura, and Kawagoe in the suburbs of Tokyo, Japan, are the first choices for many people to temporarily let go of their busy lives. Behind Hakone is Mount Fuji. They surround the beautiful Lake Ashinoko. Owakudani, the remains of the crater, is famous for its hot springs. I sat on the shore of Ashinoko to fish and admired the scenery of the lake and mountains, as if I placed myself in a beautiful painting. Kamakura, located on the Shonan coast, was once the seat of the Kamakura Shogunate, so it has many historical sites. In recent years, thanks to the well-known cartoons, it has attracted many tourists. Kawagoe, about half an hour’s drive from Tokyo’s Ikebukuro, is known as Koedo, which means "a town like Edo." Because it has not been damaged by wars and earthquakes, it retains the atmosphere of the Edo period and a large number of historical sites. The three cities all have different beauty, which makes people linger. Saying goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city, I wandered the streets of traditional buildings, listening to the ancient bells, and tasting Japanese sweets. It was like anachronism. Even in the hustle and bustle, it still gave people a peaceful feeling. I admired the monuments and understood the historical nicks and the changes of the times I also gradually slowed down my pace, and released the tension of workdays. Life doesn't have to work so hard all day long. We should occasionally come to the suburbs to enjoy slow work and experience different joys of life. Maybe you can live more leisurely.
