Interactive Platform § Introduction of Instant Adhesive
Cyanoacrylate is a general term for adhesives such as instant adhesive and three glue on the market. This chemical was synthesized during World War II for use in man-made gun sights (replacing the spider silk used at the time). Cyanoacrylates were not used successfully at the time because the glue would stick to all operating instruments. It was not until 1958 that cyanoacrylates were promoted to the stage of application through research by the Eastman Kodak Company. At present, cyanoacrylates are widely used all over the world and have different pronouns: the common English names in Europe and America are CA, Schnell Kleber, Super Kleber, Super Glue, Power Glue, Magic Glue, NASA-Kleber; Commonly used English names in Asia are 3 Second Glue, Super Glue, Power Glue, Magic Glue, Aron, Quick Glue, Krazy Glue. Commonly used Chinese names are three glue, instant glue, quick-drying glue, 520 glue, instant adhesive, etc. The adhesion principle of the instant adhesive is mainly to start the instant glue monomer by a small amount of water on the surface of the material to be attached, causing the monomer to undergo a rapid anionic polymerization reaction and curing to achieve the purpose of adhesion. The advantages and disadvantages of instant glue are shown in the table on the right:

Experiment § Super Micro Prism Sheet is a "brightness enhancement film"
What is Brightness Enhancement Film (BEF Prism Sheet)? At present, the most commonly used brightness enhancement film focuses on the prism sheet. It uses ultraviolet light as the reactive light source and uses precise micro-replication technology to cure the glue material, and finally forms a fine prism structure, and then uses this prism structure to manage the light travel and achieve the brightening effect. Function: The main function of the brightness enhancement film is to control the traveling angle of the light after passing through the diffuser film by means of reflection and refraction so that the light can be concentrated within the range of the user's viewing angle, so as to improve the frontal brightness. Advantages: Since the zigzag structure allows the light that has been diffused to be concentrated again, it can reduce the light loss rate and improve the front brightness. Application: Brightness enhancement films are mainly used in LCD panels, and LCD panels have been widely used in electronic products with growth potentials such as monitors, notebook computers, digital cameras, and projectors. Therefore, the demand for backlight modules and their related components is driven by the brightness enhancement film. In the environment of low panel prices, large-sized panels such as notebook computers and LCD monitors have the largest demand, which is the main reason for the growth of backlight modules.

Knowledge § How does the anti-sag agent work?
There are many hydroxyl groups on the particle surface of the anti-sag agent, and these functional groups can form hydrogen bonds to attract each other. Through this tiny force, the particles of the anti-sag agent can agglomerate with each other, forming a cell-by-cell cage structure in the liquid, causing the overall viscosity to rise and not flow arbitrarily. In the presence of external force, the weak force of hydrogen bonds is easily broken, but the particles can be dispersed evenly, resulting in a decrease in the overall viscosity, which is convenient for construction. When the external force disappears, the hydrogen bonds between the anti-sag agents will act again, and the overall viscosity will rise again to achieve the purpose of anti-sag flow.
Product introduction § NA727
The NA727 produced by our company has excellent adhesion strength to carbon fiber, glass fiber, iron, aluminum, and other metals, and can be cured at room temperature or heated. The resin has the advantages of good operability and high-temperature fast curing. The cured product not only has good adhesive properties but also exerts the toughness of the resin, thereby improving the impact strength of the material. The product features of NA727 are 1. It is completely free of environmental hazards such as heavy metals. 2. It has good fluidity and operability, is easy to defoam after resin mixing, and has good surface gloss after curing. 3. After curing, it has good resistance to chemicals and solvents. 4. With low gas escape rate and high-temperature resistance.
Living § How to teach children to read? (1)
Many people think that our three brothers have good grades, and they all ask my parents the same question: "How to teach children to read?"
My parents' standard answer is: "It's all up to the child to learn by himself." Most people don't quite believe in this standard answer. Some people think that we benefit from our parents' clever inheritance, and some people think that our homework can often be guided by our parents. Some people think that we can get richer educational resources from an early age. For all kinds of analysis, I can only respect it. After all, this kind of issue cannot be tested or replicated, and of course, there is no standard answer. I have thought about how my parents "teach me to learn"? Strictly speaking, my father never discussed "how to study" with me. His father only respected physical and chemical sciences, but unfortunately, because of his color blindness, he could not study in the Department of Science and Engineering, so he had to study in the Department of Commerce of National Taiwan University, and finally obtained a master's degree from the Institute of Political Science and Technology. When I asked him about mathematics, he had already forgotten about it. I asked him in English, and he only knew what to do, but not the reason. As for Chinese, he felt that reciting the text was boring and he was not interested. It was my mother who really tried to teach me to learn. My mother graduated from the Law Department of National Taiwan University and worked as a Chinese teacher in a high school, so history and geography are her strengths. From elementary school to middle school, my textbooks often included line symbols that my mother drew for me. Before each exam, my mother would review my homework and mock exams for me. It was puzzling that my mother's efforts towards me did not seem to be rewarded satisfactorily. Before high school, my grades never improved, which was a period when my performance was relatively unsatisfactory. After high school, my parents were even less able to teach me how to study. They often said, "Go read it yourself, we won't teach you anymore." In fact, in retrospect, my parents' influence on us was both simple and special. When I was studying, there were only three TV channels: TTV, CTV, and CTV, and TV news was broadcast from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. In addition to watching cartoons in elementary school, my TV must be turned off after the news ends at 7:30. At this time, my father would sit on the sofa and read English newspapers and magazines, taking a nap while reading. My mother used to watch Sky English Classroom and Reader's Digest. The children have nothing else to do, so they naturally learn from their parents to read in the room.
