Interactive Platform § Introduction to Light Curing Resin
Traditional adhesives such as epoxy resin, three-second glue, and hot-melt adhesive systems are either too slow in response or difficult to control, which often causes inconvenience in the process. Compared with traditional adhesives, light-curable resins have become the most efficient adhesives in contemporary times. Light-curing resin not only has fast response and good strength, but its biggest feature is that the curing reaction can be controlled, that is, the light-curing resin will not be cured before being exposed to light, and it will be cured immediately when it is illuminated. The characteristics of this reaction can greatly simplify the operation procedure, greatly improve the production efficiency and greatly reduce the manufacturing cost. The advantages of light-curing resin: 1. Controllable curing. The light-curing resin produced by Everwide Chemical will not cure until it is exposed to light. Immediately cures when exposed to light. 2. Rapid curing. Under the irradiation of high-intensity light, the light-curing resin produced by Everwide Chemical has a curing time of only 1~15 seconds. 3. Superior performance. The light-curing resin produced by Everwide Chemical can adhere to glass, metal, and some plastic materials, and the adhesive strength is as high as 2500psi or more. 4. Low cost. The light-curable resin produced by Everwide Chemical is rapidly cured by light, and with the improvement of the manufacturing process, it can improve the production efficiency and reduce the manufacturing cost. 5. Hygiene and environmental protection. The light-curing resin produced by Everwide Chemical does not contain solvents, and the pollution to the working environment can be minimized. The resin cures with minimal energy consumption and is standard green technology. 6.The stability of storage. The light-curable resin produced by Everwide Chemical can be stored stably for at least one year at room temperature. Everwide Chemical produces high-quality light-curable resins and continuously researches their various properties. Everwide Chemical is happy to share the knowledge of light-curing resin with you, and you are welcome to tell us your needs.
Experiment § IMD (In Mold Decoration) (1)
Generally, the color patterns of injection molding parts are usually sprayed or partially printed, such as mobile phone casings, notebook computer casings, decorative panels inside automobiles, and plastic product signs, which are widely used. However, the method of spraying or printing on the outside has many complexities and limitations in the process. IMD technology can break through the design that traditional plastic injection cannot achieve, especially for products with multiple colors, there is no need to go through the complicated steps of dismantling, spraying and coloring, and assembly. At present, IMD technology can be roughly divided into two categories: (IMR / IMF), among which IMR is a mature process, while the current non-performing rate of IMF is still high, but it is the mainstream trend of current development. At the seminar in Shanghai in March this year, the focus of the participants was mostly on how to improve the technical level of the IMF.
1. IMR: In Mold Roller
The pattern is printed on the film, and the film is sent into the mold by a film feeder for injection molding. After injection molding, the patterned ink layer is separated from the film, and the ink layer remains on the plastic part to obtain a plastic part with decorative patterns on the surface. Advantages: 1. High yield, about 85% or more.
2. High degree of automation, high production capacity, suitable for mass production. Disadvantages: 1. The film production time is long, and there is a minimum order quantity limit, which cannot be flexibly applied in response to small batches. 2. Difficulty in mold development and high unit price. 3. The printed layer is exposed on the surface and is easily scratched.

Knowledge § Surface Treatment (1)
Q: Can all surface treatments improve adhesion?
A: Not necessarily, it depends on the reason for the failure of adhesion.
Adhesion failure occurs when delamination between the adhesive and the substrate occurs, and surface treatment of the substrate can improve the adhesion strength. The reason for the failure of adhesion occurs when the mechanical strength of the adhesive itself is insufficient, and the surface treatment of the substrate cannot improve the adhesion strength.
Product introduction § NA776
NA776 is a two-component epoxy resin, which can be used for different needs such as caulking, filling, and adhesion. The resin has the advantages of high toughness, high adhesive strength, low loss rate, etc., and has good adhesion to metal, glass, composite materials, plastics, and other products. The cured product of this system not only has good adhesive properties but also exerts the toughness and hardness of the resin to improve the impact strength of the material.
Living § You'll "never" be bitten by a dog?
When you found an unfriendly dog behind you and started chasing you, did you think "finished"? Is there any way to never get bitten by a dog? Please see the claim below. When T=0 at the beginning, the dog is behind you, after chasing, when T=T1, the dog has chased your original position. But you've run a little further, so the dog still hasn't caught up to you. At T=T2, the dog chases you at T1 again, but you run forward again. By T=T3, it still fails to catch up with you. In this way, no matter T=T4, T5, or T100, the dog can only approach you, but cannot catch up with you. So how can it bite you? The conclusion is that you will never be bitten by a dog! This story tells us that "forever" doesn't necessarily mean "infinitely", that you won't be bitten by a dog "never" doesn't mean you won't be bitten by a dog "forever". When you understand this mystery, you can loudly say to the other half "I love you forever!" and Say to the company "I will always work for the company"! When you are running for president one day, remember to say "forever".
