Experiment § Anti-glare application with different construction methods

Flashing is not necessarily a good thing. Many 3C products reflect light, which makes people feel very uncomfortable. The anti-glare method is to let the light reflect different places so that the reflection of each angle is reduced to less than 5%, and it will not irritate the eyes. In order to achieve this goal, different construction methods have been developed to obtain the AG effect. One way is to add micron beads to the solvent-based UV glue. When this material is coated on a PET sheet, after the solvent evaporates, the tiny beads originally mixed in the glue will protrude on the surface. After exposure and curing, the surface is uneven, and the diffusion effect can be achieved (Figure 1). This kind of construction method is mass production of whole rolls and is often applied to the backlight module inside the screen to make the screen light more uniform. Another method is to etch the metal wheel to make the surface rough and atomized to produce tiny bumps, and then use the principle of glue turning to print the solvent-free UV offset on the PET sheet, and cure it by UV light. Then you can remold the misty feeling on the metal wheel onto the sheet (Figure 2). This method is suitable for small-scale production and is often used as a protective sticker on the outside of the screen. The AG characteristics obtained by these two methods are not the same. The former is not suitable as a protective sticker because the tiny beads are round and appear too bright after the light penetrates (Figure 3). The conclusion is still an old saying: When you use these products, whether you can touch them or not, don't forget that our glue is used in them!

Activity § Be careful! Hornet infested!

Every spring in our garden is full of flowers.

Recently, the Qilixiang flowers have bloomed, which also attracted many butterflies to whimper and dance in the garden. One day, the aunt and uncle who was in charge of cleaning the garden spotted a Vespa. Looking around and found a beehive in the garden. The fire brigade was urgently notified to deal with it, thinking that the alarm had been lifted, but unexpectedly two more honeycombs appeared in a row. Because the Vespas are very picky about nesting sites, even if the beehives have been removed by humans, the remaining bees will still rebuild new nests in the original nesting places. We hereby appeal to everyone, if you find traces of Vespas in the wild or in the garden, please don't hit the beehive with rocks. Because Taiwan's Vespa is a gregarious hornet, it is easy to be attacked by the swarm and is very dangerous. Therefore, hurry up and stay away from the honeycomb, and ask the fire brigade or professional handlers to assist in removing the honeycomb. I hope we can resolve the crisis as soon as possible and return to our beautiful garden!

Knowledge § What is the time-temperature equivalent phenomenon

Macromolecules have a time-temperature equivalent phenomenon (Time-Temperature Superposition), which is based on the viscoelastic properties of macromolecules. As mentioned earlier, when the polymer is under force, the molecular chain changes the bond length by rotating the bond angle to respond and this behavior belongs to the range of elasticity. Molecular chains may also slide against each other to untie each other's entanglement and this behavior belongs to the scope of viscosity. As far as the time point of view of force is concerned, the former will react at the moment of force (short time), and the latter will gradually show up with the increase of time (long time). From the point of view of temperature when subjected to force, low temperature makes the molecule stiff, and the rigidity is more obvious. When the temperature rises, the amplitude of the molecular chain movement is greater, and the viscosity is highlighted. When the temperature rises, the amplitude of the molecular chain movement is greater, and the viscosity is highlighted. At a certain temperature, the viscoelastic properties for a long time will be equal to the viscoelastic properties at a certain time and high temperature. This relationship is called the time-temperature equivalent phenomenon.

Living § Mysterious Israel

Israel, a country full of religion, history, and humanity. I originally planned to go there last year, but because of the constant conflicts, I finally embarked on the journey this year. During customs inspection, I was invited into a mysterious "small room". I will not be deported, am I?

My mind is full of tension and anxiety. Fortunately, I passed the security check and can appreciate the beauty of Israel. Jerusalem is the holy place of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.

After the long Six-Day War, the Jews took the city. Soldiers and plainclothes guards with rifles are often seen here, and it is more obvious to enter the old city. When walking from the Wailing Wall to the Dome of the Rock, I was asked to pass a passport check, a metal sensor, and an X-ray machine. Women cannot show their thighs and shoulders, and tourists cannot take pictures at the Wailing Wall. Various regulations make people serious. The journey from Jerusalem to the West Bank was rugged and treacherous. Masada is an ancient city built on a plateau. It was broken by the Romans in history, but the remains have been preserved. It is a natural geology classroom where you can overlook the topography of the Dead Sea and the Jordan River from a distance. En Gedi is an oasis in the West Bank desert. In the hot high temperature, rivers and small waterfalls are the favorite places for hikers, and also give life to this dry loess desert. Many people have asked me why I want to travel to Israel? I don't have a specific religious belief, I just want to visit an ancient country and understand its historical and cultural background. I don't have a specific religious belief, I just want to visit an ancient country and understand its historical and cultural background. Thank God for allowing me to fulfill my dream smoothly, and I look forward to my next trip!
