Experiment § How to check the uniformity of mixing of the two-component hose?
Two-component epoxy resin has the following shortcomings: 1. The two agents of AB must be weighed in proportion. 2. Need to stir to mix. 3. Because there are bubbles after mixing, it needs to be defoamed. 4. There are restrictions on the available time. Packing this type of resin in a two-component hose can greatly reduce the above-mentioned shortcomings (Figure 1). The two-component hose mainly uses a mixing stick for static mixing. Each blade in the mixing rod cuts resin A and curing agent B into 2 equal parts at the same time (Figure 2). If calculated based on the 17-node blade, the adhesive will be divided into 217=131,072 equal parts. Since both A and B resignation medicaments are cut into small volumes and evenly distributed, it is equivalent to obtaining the effect of dynamic glue mixing. From another point of view, the number of blades in the glue mixing stick has a great relationship with the mixing effect, because some adhesives can be mixed evenly with a 13-section glue mixing stick, but some require 21 knots. When we develop adhesives for hose packaging, we will often dye the two agents A and B into white and black, respectively, and then conduct a line-drawing test through actual dispensing (Figure 3). If the mixing effect is not good, we can see unevenly mixed lines of black and white on the glue line, and there will be areas that are not sticky after curing (Figure 4). When this situation occurs, we may adjust the formula, and may also inform customers to limit the use of glue sticks. The reason for most poor curing is simple, that is, customers forget to discharge the glue before use. When the factory loads A and B glue, there will be A little error (about 0.1 grams) on both sides. Before the customer uses the glue, make sure that both sides of A and B have colloids flowing out at the same time, and then install the mixing stick to use, so that the vast majority of anomalies can be avoided (Figure 5,6). Knowledge §Adhesive strength and test temperature of the adhesive
There is a relationship between the adhesion strength of the adhesive and the test temperature. In the Lap strength test in tensile mode, most examples are that the higher the test temperature, the lower the adhesion strength. This phenomenon is not very obvious in the temperature range far below Tg, because the adhesives are relatively hard. When the test temperature gradually approaches Tg, the adhesive begins to soften and the adhesive strength will drop sharply. In the Peel strength test of tear mode, the influence of temperature is more complicated. The colloid is too brittle at low temperature, and the colloid is too soft at high temperature, both of which may lead to poor adhesion strength of the tearing mode. Between these two temperatures, there is often a maximum value of adhesion strength.
Living § Impressions of Nuovo cinema Paradiso
The 1988 film "Nuovo Cinema Paradiso" (the 1989 Cannes Film Festival Jury Prize, Golden Globe award, and Best Foreign Language Film at the Academy Award) will be shown at the 2012 year-end conference. Its original Italian title was "CINEMA PARADISO", which translates to "Cinema PARADISO" in Chinese. The characters in the movie are looking for their dreams in reality. The main character, Duo Duo, had a childhood dream of becoming a projectionist because his mother dreamed that her husband would return and that moviegoers would see unexpected images. The priest was busy purifying and dreaming of a better world. Compared with the harsh reality of the defeated countries after the Great War, these dreams are really beautiful. When the old theater was accidentally burned down, all the people cried, but when the new one was rebuilt, they went wild with joy. Duoduo's dreams become richer with the growth of the years, and finally, it's time to chase your dreams. One day, Efedo, the projectionist like his father, said to him: "Go to another place! I don't want to hear you talk. I want to hear people talk about you." That can prove the transformation of dreams and reality. After years of struggling in Rome, Dodo received news of the projectionist's death. When he returned to his hometown, he saw the old theater torn down. The familiar people around them although they are well dressed, but also see that they are old. Dodo's mother said, "I hear you talking to different women every time, but I don't know which one loves you.” This proves that people continue to pursue their dreams, but they cannot escape the fact that will eventually happen. At the end of the film, Duo Duo couldn't help crying as he watched the movie that the projectionist edited and gave him. What is he crying? The simple and persistent promise of the projectionist? The good old days? Or did he suddenly find that he had spent so much time, but still did not realize his dream? It turns out that the answer lies in the title: the meaning of life lies in building a new paradise in the heart.
