Solvents have a great direct impact on the human body. Due to the osmotic, fat-soluble, and volatilized effects of solvents, the human body may contact the solvent or through breathing which may cause damage to the human respiratory tract, lungs, nervous, kidney, liver, hematopoietic system, and digestive system. Because of the complex types of solvents, there are many toxic and flammable chemical substances. The used waste solvent is either incinerated or distilled for recycling. Therefore, Everwide Chemical chooses to use it as a resource. There are two solvent recovery machines in Everwide Chemical. After indirect heating with hot kerosene, the pollutants are separated from the original solvent (such as resin, polymer, oil, etc.) and the low-boiling point through a simple distillation process. The organic solvent is distilled off. The process of distillation will not change the original characteristics of the solvent. Even if distillation is repeated many times, the distilled solvent will not change its characteristics. In this way, we can realize multiple recycling and reuse of solvents, reduce environmental pollution, and achieve the purpose of green environmental protection.
Test § One solution to this problem: the area method, another solution.

The area method was used to solve this problem last time, but it is proved that there is more than one solution just using the area method. In Figure 2, the middle area is divided into four equal parts, and the area of each equal part is X/4 (the area enclosed by ABC). Then draw a straight line between AD and CD, and the angle of the included angle ADC is 30 degrees. Next, X can be found. Y and Z can be calculated using the previous X+4Y+4Z=1 (square area) and X+3Y+2Z=π/4 (1/4 circle area).
Knowledge § Volume change
How to measure the volume change caused by the temperature change? Using TMA to measure the thermal expansion coefficient, the linear change of the measured object caused by the temperature change can be obtained, and the volume change is 3 times the linear change. In other words, 3 times the thermal expansion coefficient is integrated with the temperature to obtain the volume change in the temperature range.
Product § EXA586
ULTRAWIDE EXA586 is a light-hardening resin specially developed to coat PCB, metal, and plastic products. The viscosity of this system is low, and the resin is transparent when coating.
