Epoxy Resin
Customized formulations of epoxy resin adhesives is Everwide's expertise.
Photo-Cured Resin
Photo-cured resins are cured using a specific wavelength of light, offering the fastest possible way to position the part, completing the cure in seconds. Process efficiency is therefore maximized.
Silicone and Modified Silicone (MS)
Utilizing ambient moist, silicone and modified silicone are easily cured. Modified silicone overcomes the weakness of ordinary silicone when it comes to adhesion. It yields a superior performance with an affordable cost.
UV PSA
Ultraviolet Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (UV PSA) exhibits a high-temperature, high-tack stability. It is applied to the adhesive tapes; extensively used in various fields with varying thickness. After its cure by UV, it exhibits high transmittance, high flexibility, and high tack properties. This product offers excellent tack, adhesion, and environmental friendliness. It is high-temperature (70°C) tolerant, an ideal substitute for the conventional solvent-based PSA.
Acrylic Resin
The two-component acrylic-based adhesive is cured at room temperature without the need of a special surface treatment. It takes about 24 hours to exhibit the maximal bonding strength.
It bonds various substrates, especially low surface energy materials such as polyamide (PA), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), and thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO).
