Conformal Coating for dustproofing, waterproofing and moisture proofing


After a long period of hard research and development, Everwide has developed an adhesive for coating that has functions of UV curing and shadow curing mechanism after UV curing. In order to be cured thoroughly, this product can be pre-cured by UV irradiation and post curing by moisture, so as to avoid the poor electrical performance of the product due to the uncured adhesive. What’s more, this product can be applied to electronic control boards in various industries. After completing all the electronic component manufacturing processes through SMT, then use soaking, coating, spraying and other methods to coat adhesive. Furthermore, use UV equipment in cooperation with a tunnel furnace to make in UV cured and post cured at room temperature for three to five days. Finally, you can conduct electrical tests.

After curing, this product has several major features:



1.       This product has low viscosity and it is easy to use different equipment to coat without special equipment.

2.       This product is suitable for coating of various plastic materials and various types of circuit boards.

3.       The resin has high hardness, not easily destroyed by external force, and absorb the destructive energy.

4.       This product can also be used for surface coating to achieve waterproof, dustproof, moisture proofing.

5.       This product is suitable for coating, soaking, brushing, etc adhesive application methods.

6.       This product hardness will increase over time, and the adhesive will become tougher after the second stage of moisture reaction cross-linking.

7.       This product complies to the 2011/65/EU RoHS regulations.

8.       This product complies to chlorine < 900ppm, bromine < 900ppm, chlorine + bromine < 1500ppm.
