Everwide newly developed anti-glare film, commonly known as AG film, is a protective sticker applied to 3C products. The hardness of the film pencil reaches 2~3H (500gr), which has the effect of scratch and glare and does not affect the light transmittance of 3C products. This product can effectively diffuse the rear projection light source and make the screen clearer. As shown in the picture on the left, the film by the red frame on the left has an anti-glare effect and can evenly disperse the light, while the film by the blue frame has no anti-glare effect and cannot disperse the light. This product is made of micron-sized particles and has a narrow particle size distribution. The microparticles are round and are evenly distributed in the UV glue through a special processing method. After the solvent is added during the operation, it is coated on the PET sheet. After the solvent evaporates, the particles originally stuck on the UV glue will protrude to achieve the anti-glare effect. There are many choices for particle size, from 1.5um to 8um. AG film requires stable control of cleanliness and product haze, which our company can successfully overcome. Currently, the product has been mass-produced and provided for production and use by cooperative manufacturers. It is hoped that in the protection film industry, it can meet the needs of various customers.

The construction of the third factory of Everwide Chemical started on August 6, 2010. After 10 months of construction, the construction was completed on June 10, 2011. In ancient times, when building a house, the beam column was always completed in the final stage of the project, which meant that the budling was about to be completed. But now there is no this rule, so we call the project of grouting the top floor the completion of the beam column. On the day when the beams are completed, a worship ceremony is also held in accordance with customary practices, praying for the smooth completion of the project in the final stage. The third factory with four floors will become our biggest helper after the completion of construction. Part of the raw materials and finished products in the current warehouse will be moved there for storage. The dormitory on the fourth floor will provide colleagues with a more comfortable accommodation environment. At present, there is still a dormitory that can accommodate two people, and colleagues can choose to move to the dormitory of the new factory, which has a wider and more private space. We are looking forward to the completion of the third factory. In the future, it will be a long distance from the second factory to the third factory! Everyone has to start exercising!

In the amine curing system, the diluent of the ester will reduce the activity of the phenol and alcohol catalysts, so it will slow down the reaction of the epoxy resin. For example, Propylene carbonate. Relatively compounds with alcohol groups may promote the reaction, such as benzyl alcohol (Benzyl alcohol). In addition, among reactive diluents with epoxy groups, most diluents with aliphatic substituents will significantly slow down the reaction speed, while diluents with aromatic substituents are less likely. Finally, monofunctional diluents tend to react slower than multifunctional diluents. All of the above are predicted based on the homogeneous reaction. Some single-component, heterogeneous epoxy resin systems have a faster curing reaction after adding a monofunctional group and aliphatic diluent. This is because the diluent may dissolve the powder curing agent and cause the system to be unstable.

The convenience of high-speed rail has greatly improved the efficiency of many north-south travels. Customers often ask, "Is there has a high-speed rail station near Everwide?" Yunlin Huwei does not have a high-speed rail station yet, so I can only choose Wuri Station in Taichung or Taibao Station in Chiayi. Chiayi is relatively close to Douliu, but the location of the Chiayi High-Speed Rail Station is too remote, and it is far from the downtown of Chiayi, so the distance and time between the two are similar in terms of driving. We will ask customers to choose Wuri Station to get off, because the high-speed rail Wuri Station is on the same route as the New Wuri Station of the Taiwan Railway, and it takes only 10 minutes to get off the train. The Xin Wuri Station can only be transferred by tram. Because there are not many trams during peak hours, if you need to change trains, you must first look at the schedule of the trams. Take the tram going south and get off at Douliu Station or Shiliu Station. There are many taxis from Douliu Station, but fewer are from Shiliu Station. But Shiliu Station to Everwide only takes ten minutes. Shiliu Station is a very simple and unmanned station, and customers are very impressed by the ride. The blue Japanese-style buildings and the sky bridge connecting the north and south platforms, the express trains to the south and the north do not stop. Most of the students will take the tram at Shiliu Station, or the elderly who live nearby. As soon as you leave the train station, you will see a large area of rural scenery, and the kind people will ask if you want to take you to the downtown area of Douliu by the way. The last time a customer was sent to our factory for free by a kind person, he said this was an unforgettable business trip.
