Because the mechanical strength and physical properties of composite materials are better than those of ordinary materials, this material has naturally become a hot topic in recent years. The composite adhesive sheet glue developed by Everwide Chemical is suitable for the adhesion of composite materials/aluminum. In addition, the sheet glue has a function similar to a sucker, which can fix the resin on the composite material and reduce the resin loss rate. When aluminum metal and composite materials are bonded together, potential corrosion is often caused by potential differences, resulting in degumming between the adhesive and the substrate. In view of this, the insulating material contained in the adhesive sheet not only solves the problems caused by potential corrosion but also has fatigue resistance and high adhesive strength. In addition, this product has good thermal aging resistance. After the aluminum/aluminum substrate test piece is baked at a high temperature of 150 degrees for 9 hours, its adhesive strength decreases slightly by about 4%. It can be seen that the thermal energy has little effect on the adhesive strength of the sheet glue, and it is suitable for use in processes that require multiple processing. And because of the different client applications, the size and thickness of the film required are different. This year, Everwide Chemical’s business objectives will be introduced into ISO14000 and OHSAS18000 systems. The morphology of the adhesive test piece after rupture can provide very important information, which can be classified as follows:

1. Adhesive delamination. For the case where one side of the adhesive test piece is glued and the other side is not glued, we must first increase the adhesive strength of the adhesive to the substrate. At this stage, our goal should be to work hard to get glue on both sides of the broken surface where the test piece is attached. 2. Both sides of the cracked surface of the adhered test piece are glued, the surface is smooth and flat, and there are tiny cracks on the front end. This phenomenon represents the force of the adhesive test piece, and when some cracks begin to occur at the front end, the cracks can quickly grow and gather into a plane, minimizing the fracture energy. In other words, the adhesive itself at this stage is too brittle, lacks toughness, and has too low fracture energy. 3. Both sides of the cracked surface of the adhered test piece are glued, and the surface is extremely rough with undulations, even standing up like scales. This phenomenon represents that the adhesive has a high tolerance for cracks when the test piece is attached. The number of cracks will increase with the increase of stress, but the generated cracks cannot grow quickly. Until the adhesive can't bear the limit, these cracks that exist everywhere in the adhesive spread out on different planes at the same time, resulting in an extremely rough cracked surface. In other words, this stage represents that the adhesive has excellent toughness, maximizes the fracture energy, and can obtain the ideal adhesive strength.

These characters may go to the justice PaoTemple to worship, but they didn't know that Justice Pao dissected their children. I often wonder: Why are there so many small and medium-sized enterprises in Taiwan, but not many that can grow into great companies? One of the answers may be related to these stories: we always insist on controversial issues. Bosses and shareholders split up with different business ideas, compete for the same market, and divide up their only interests. As a result, the company is scattered and the depth of the company cannot be firmly rooted. There is a saying that is very good: "Success does not have to be with me." But there is a better one but few people mention it: "Success must have me." "Success doesn't have to be with me" means that when we often give opportunities to others and achieve others, we can sometimes be negative. "Success must have me" means a lot more positive, which means that after we give the opportunity to others, we must continue to participate and achieve the overall situation. When there is a conflict, the mentality of "success does not have to be with me, but with me for success" is the principle of handling. If Mr. Bao knew about it, he would be moved to tears.
