Modulus of elasticity increased by 11% Modulus of elasticity Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have been developed for decades. Because their 3D tubular structures have excellent physical and chemical properties, they have been used in many fields (Figure 1). CNT is a five-ring and six-membered ring structure composed of carbon-carbon covalent bonds. It has the characteristics of high modulus, high strength, and lightweight in terms of mechanical properties. Therefore, there are many products on the market related to carbon fiber (CF). According to the literature, if CNT is added to CF to prepare prepreg (Figure 2, 3), the mechanical properties of CF can be strengthened. We conducted three-point bending and impact tests before and after adding CNT to CF and found that the data of the force value and the impact value are not much different, but the elastic modulus has a significant improvement effect (Figure 4, 5). The above experimental data shows that CNT has a strengthening effect on the insufficient modulus of CF.

We organize beach cleaning activities every year to keep the coast clean. We also look forward to letting participants understand the seriousness of marine garbage pollution. With the concerted efforts of everyone, about 200 kilograms of trash were cleared out this time (Figure 1-3). After years of hard work, the coastline we are responsible for has become cleaner and cleaner. After lunch, we headed to Taixi Haikou Life Museum. Professionals led us to learn about clams, appreciate shellfish specimens, hand-made clam pendants, and touch clams in the water. We must save resources and reduce the generation of garbage in order to care for the earth and protect the ecology (Figure 4, 5).

The Tg of thermosetting materials is affected by processing temperature and time. For materials whose Tg is lower than the processing temperature when fully cured, the appropriate processing temperature and processing time can allow the material to be fully cured to obtain the final Tg. For example, for a material with a fully cured Tg=40°C, it can be completely reacted using 60°C/1hr or 80°C/1hr to obtain a Tg of 40°C. At this time, Tg has little relationship with the processing temperature. For materials whose Tg is higher than the processing temperature when fully cured, the effect of processing temperature is considerable.

In order to improve my English skills, I recently joined the free Douliu English Conversation Club. The activity time is held every Wednesday in the Shanxiu Palace. The teachers who teach are composed of English teachers, interns, and foreign teachers from different schools in Yunlin. The course is divided into three groups according to the English proficiency of the participants, students, social figures, and teachers, and each group is led by a foreign teacher. Weekly courses will be arranged with different difficult topics, such as life sharing, social issues, news discussion, etc. so that students will go home to prepare and share their ideas during class next week. Due to my low level of English, sometimes I cannot use exact English words to express opinions, but the teacher will encourage me not to be afraid to speak because of this and try to use English to describe and explain. After the teachers understand what I want to express, they then teach related simplified oral expressions, standard wording, correct grammar, and correct pronunciation. Teachers and students will also recommend good language learning methods and practical software to each other to make learning foreign languages easy and convenient.
