Since last year, schools of all levels have visited Everwide for off-campus visits, so we designed a set of UV machine hand-made activities that combine light-curing resin and 600～900mJ/cm2 irradiation energy to allow students and teachers to participate in the fun(Figure 1). Its requirements are for students to operate smoothly, be able to cure with different shades of plastic molds, and not stick to their hands (Figure 2). We chose the general test formula to do the experiment but found that the cured product will crack (Figure 3). Therefore, the resin and the initiator are adjusted to reduce the shrinkage, and finally, a rubber material is formulated: after multiple irradiations of 900mJ/cm2, the thickness of the mold is 0.5~1cm, which has excellent surface dryness, hardness, and no cracks(Figure 4). This plastic material can also be modulated in different colors according to the needs, making a variety of hanging ornaments (Figure 5). It is very meaningful for students to experience experiments that are completely different from textbooks and enrich their experience with us.

Before the Lunar New Year, we recruited employees' relatives as short-term work-study students. In addition to alleviating the production demand on the production side, we can also understand the working environment of their families. Colleagues said: "They know the hard work of their families, and they will automatically help clean up when they go home" (Figure 1, 2)! However, it takes a long time to let children understand what work is. This year we will continue to arrange semester interns to enter the factory, and in the process we will add courses for students to explore on their own, hoping to be helpful for future advancement and career planning (Figure 3-5). Believe that personal experience will definitely make you reap the rewards!

The composite material is often made of carbon fiber impregnated one-liquid resin into a prepreg material for storage, and finally heated and molded to obtain a product. The curing agent of these epoxy resins is often a white powder, which is not dissolved into the resin, so the formula is stable, and it will melt into the resin to perform the curing reaction at a specific temperature. When the prepreg material is heated, the viscosity of the resin becomes lower and there will be a phenomenon of flow. When the resin passes through the crevices between the carbon fibers, the curing agent that has not been dissolved may be blocked by the carbon fibers, and finally, form white spots on the surface of the finished product. Sometimes this kind of defect can be compensated by painting, and sometimes it becomes an unsightly defect, so it is necessary to modify the formula or change the manufacturing process to reduce this phenomenon.

In the second year after graduating from university, my friends and I decided to give ourselves a coming-of-age gift: "Three days and two nights around the island", the goal is to circle Taiwan and taste all kinds of food. We started from the central part, from Chiayi Fire Chicken Rice, Tainan's Steamed Meatballs, Kaohsiung's Ruifeng Night Market, and then to Dandan Burger, which is known as a must-eat in the south. My friends took me to know the local delicacies, and my stomach couldn't eat it in just one morning, but what surprised me more was that my friend's stomach seemed like a bottomless pit with an invisible end. What is unforgettable is that the chef of a snack bar said: "For 30 years, the ingredients selected every morning are absolutely fresh!" It made me feel their persistence in cooking. Do you think that's all there is to it? How can you miss the food tour, Pingtung’s special cold water, the taste of hot and cold colliding between the lips and teeth is very enjoyable. The steamed bun shop on the east side of the river, the Q elastic dough wrapped in rich fillings is a perfect match. The three-star scallion cake, Yilan cake dregs, and noodle rounds at Luodong Night Market, although we had difficulty squeezing in and had to wait patiently in line, it still did not reduce my yearning for food. On the third day, we went to Green Lake to ride a bicycle, and finally returned to Qingshui, and finally ate pork ribs crisp noodles. My friend and I have grown from a small stomach to a big stomach, although I have not tasted all kinds of snacks, I have experienced Taiwanese cuisine, because most of them are locally sourced and cleverly combined with the local culture, making it richer and more diverse.
