Polypropylene (PP) and polyamide (PA, nylon) are commonly used in various fields, but these substrates have low surface energy or poor surface wettability, so adhesion is difficult. Adhesion is also prone to failure in a high-temperature use environment. Recently, the two-component structural adhesive KA006 has been successfully developed, which can solve the above-mentioned problems. Shear strength test results.1. The PP sheet was tested after adhesion, and the sheet was stretched and whitened (Figure 1), but the adhesion was not destroyed at all, which proves that the adhesion strength of KA006 to PP exceeds the strength of PP itself. Adhesion is tested at high temperatures, and the shear strength is maintained at the adhesive strength before heating (Figure 2, 3).2: Use PA nylon sheet to adhere, and test the change of adhesion strength under extremely high temperature and the final strength meets the application requirements of the industry (Figure 4).3: Other common substrates also have good adhesion strength (Figure 5). In order to support local high-quality agricultural products, we recently purchased dozens of boxes of white radish, cabbage, and Chinese cabbage, and other seasonal vegetables to share with all colleagues (Figure 1-3). Some ingredients such as resin, plastic, rubber, etc. may diffuse to the outside of the material, such as plasticizers, catalysts, thinners, non-volatile solvents, etc. Some of these things appear on the surface of the material in the form of oil droplets and some are in the form of powder, which may contaminate surrounding components. For the material itself, the volatilization of the composition will make the properties hard and brittle. Another thing to be careful of is that volatilization will reduce the quality of the material, so it will shrink to the inside, and this is great stress on the surface of the material, which can cause cracks in the material in severe cases.

Because of the epidemic, I haven't gone abroad for a long time, but when I reopened to travel, Thailand must be my first choice. I have visited the local area many times and have been to famous tourist attractions such as Bangkok, Hua Hin, Pattaya, Chiang Mai, and Koh Samui. I will sweat soon after I go out every day, but the beautiful local attractions, shopping convenience, and special food all make me willing to return visits for a long time. My favorite is the local large shopping malls because there are many kinds of goods, and the local prices are relatively cheap, and the design styles of each mall are different, and you can enjoy the beautiful decoration when you are shopping. You can taste authentic Thai food when you are tired from shopping, but I have to say that even a little spicy can make your face red. In addition to shopping in the prosperous city center, you can also choose to go to islands far away from the city, enjoy sunbathing on the beach leisurely, or engage in exciting marine activities, such as diving and watching colorful creatures up close, surfing in the sea, etc. Thailand is like poison because as long as you understand and explore this place in-depth, you will fall in love with it hopelessly and become more addicted as you go.
