VHB tape has the advantages of stable adhesion, lightweight and easy operation, and is widely used in the automotive, medical, and furniture industries. VHB tape is usually composed of acrylic foam material, which has low adhesion strength to PP, TPO, PA, and other low surface tension (LSE) plastics. Recently, we have developed a primer, which can solve the problem of insufficient adhesion of LSE plastics. GS555 primer is used on the surface of the PP substrate, and after baking at 80 degrees for 3-5 minutes, it is attached to the VHB tape for the surface shear strength test (Figure 1,2). Substrates with primer treatment have adhesive residue, which means that the adhesive tape has high adhesion to the substrate (Figure 3, 4). The PP substrate treated with GS555 primer has excellent adhesion in a 90-degree bending test (Figure 5). In 2010, the year-end meeting was held in the factory for the first time. With the increase in the number of employees, venues have been leased from Pomegranate Junior High in 2017. Due to the impact of the epidemic this year, in order to avoid gatherings of more than 100 people, we had to pre-record the meeting report in advance and watch the video in three stages in the factory (Figure 1, 2). Even a static report contains many interactive activities: sharing experiences among colleagues provides more opportunities for everyone to get to know each other (Figure 3). Create with natural objects in the garden to show team spirit. After the event, everyone received a marabarnut seed, which symbolizes inheritance (Figure 4 and 5). This year, relying on everyone's whimsy, the conference can be held as scheduled and the content will not be bad at all. Everyone has a deeper understanding of the company and will provide better services to customers in 2021.

The specific gravity of the resin is about 1, and the addition of inorganic powder with a specific gravity greater than 1 to the resin will cause precipitation. When precipitation occurs, there are still some gaps between the powder and the powder at the beginning. With more and more precipitation, the weight on these powders continues to increase, and finally, the precipitate will become a hard mass. After the formation of the hard precipitate, if the re-dispersion is quite laborious, it is almost impossible to disperse well without mechanical stirring. If an anti-precipitation agent is added to the resin, even if the powder precipitates, there will still be gaps between the powder and the powder and there will be resin and anti-precipitation agent as support, so it will not form a hard block and this situation is called soft precipitation. We only need to stir with very little effort, the powder can be redispersed in the liquid.

Everyone's ability to deal with things is different, some are well-rounded, and some are so-so.

Ability is rarely innate but mostly comes from learning. From "Educational Youth One" to "Educational Youth Three", these activities gave me the opportunity to discuss with my colleagues, have the opportunity to report on stage, and also have the opportunity to listen to the teacher's views. These are rare experiences in the past. The most special is the work improvement proposal because I can think based on my own experience, and really do the practice of living-learning and application, which makes me quite a sense of accomplishment (Figure 1-3).
