Handicraft potting adhesive can base on your favorite to create (Figure 1). The general requirements of customers for this potting adhesive are high hardness, high transparency, good surface drying, the low-energy light source for curing, fast curing speed, and not easy to yellow after curing... etc. According to the requirements of characteristics, we developed the GM694 series of products. The biggest feature of this product is that it can meet the curing conditions of low-energy light sources, and the curing speed is fast, making the operation process more convenient and shortening the manufacturing time. This product using 6W LED 405 wavelength for curing, it only takes 10 seconds to irradiate to complete curing and have good surface drying (Figure 2, 3); The finished product has excellent transparency and is not easy to produce bubbles, which meets the requirements of customers (Figure 4, 5). The forms of workplace bully are divided into physical violence, psychological violence, language violence, and sexual harassment. In order to protect colleagues from physical or mental violations during working, we declare in various departments that we don’t tolerate any workplace violence (Figure 1). When encountering violence in the workplace, the victim can communicate with the perpetrator and express your feeling to he or her (Figure 2). Victims can also use internal mechanisms to resolve disputes, talk with the occupational Safety and Health personnel (Figure 3). To protect the privacy of the parties, the content of the appeal is kept strictly confidential. It is our long-term target to create a good working environment.

Thermoplastics have a linear structure. In the presence of stress, molecular chains can slide and consume fracture energy, showing relatively good toughness. Thermoset plastics is a cross-linked network structure, the movement of molecular chains is restricted, and the relative lack toughness. The most effective way to toughen thermoset plastics is to add liquid rubber to use the second phase to provide additional fracture mechanisms. Liquid rubber dissolved in the resin part will cause a decrease in Tg, so the research puts forward the idea of toughening thermosetting plastics with high Tg thermoplastics while taking into account toughness and other properties. There are two common methods: solvent method and hot melt method. The first method is to dissolve the thermoplastic in a solvent, mix it with the monomer of the thermosetting plastic, and then remove the solvent, or use heating to directly dissolve the thermoplastic in the monomer of the thermosetting plastic. Adding the blends obtained by these two methods to the curing agent is the most primitive way to toughen thermoset plastics.

I am from Indonesia and graduated from National Chung Cheng University. I stayed because I love Taiwan. If you ask me what I will do this weekend? I will answer, most of the time I am with the "camera" (Figure 1). I usually take photos of people and food. Photography can record every moment, and convey the mood of the moment through photos, so as to understand the life stories of others (Figure 2-4). Friends often ask me, how can I take good photos? I would say that in addition to expensive cameras and lenses, how to use equipment to present the meaning behind the beautiful scenery is more important. Therefore, the camera is not just a device, but a weaving prop for the transmission of dreams and love. By taking photos, you can get to know people in different fields and learn the experience of others from conversations. What impressed me was an aunt who drove a limousine and sold roast ducks in a traditional market. Because she loves work, she always enjoys sharing products with customers. There is also a couple who met through work. They fell in love because of their common ideals and hobbies. After marriage, they started a business together to finish their dreams (Figure 5). After meeting these people, I learned a lot. Although life is not all smooth sailing, as long as you are grateful for everything that has happened, find your own stage, and enjoy it, you can find the value of life. When you start to love yourself, accept the imperfections of life, and find the balance in life, you will feel extremely satisfied in your heart.
