Experiment § High Magnification Foam Sheet

For some composite, the foamed material is wrapped in a carbon fiber prepreg and preformed, and then placed in a mold to heat and harden. During the process, the foamed material will expand and the carbon fiber prepreg will harden, thus obtaining a lightweight product. With the increasing popularity of lightweighting, foam sheets with higher magnification have become a market trend. To meet this characteristic, a large amount of foaming powder is added to the foaming material. How to make the resin evenly wet the foaming powder, the foaming powder is evenly distributed in the resin, but also to overcome the production difficulties, making it into a sheet-like material has become the key technology of this material. The production process encountered the following problems: 1. Excessive resin dripping and overflowing make the manufacturing process a challenge.(Figure1)2. The thicker the foamed sheet is, the easier it is to entrap air bubbles in it, causing uneven surface depression.(Figure2)3. The choice of coating carrier, if you use a relatively soft substrate, it will be easily deformed, causing surface wrinkles.(Figure3) In order to solve the above difficulties, we tried to use glass fiber cloth as the base material, with the exhaust characteristics of the grid cloth, and successfully eliminated the problems of bubbles and wrinkles. This is the most perfect solution after the test. (Figure4,5)

Activity § Annual Meeting 2019

The opening of the meeting, everyone meditated and wrote the most valued things in life. The awards of best-in-class figures and best service set off the climax of the conference then watched the movie" Lokah Laqi." in the end. This year is the 20th anniversary of Everwide. Every colleague has a box of cakes to share the joy to his/her family. We expect ourselves to be the world-class company in 20 years.


Knowledge § Why does silicone's viscosity not change notably by temperature?

Generally, the stronger the force between the resin molecules, the weaker the ability of the molecules to move between each other. Macroscopically speaking, the viscosity is higher. When the temperature rises, the molecules have a good ability to move and overcome the intermolecular forces, so the viscosity will decrease. Since the intermolecular force of Silicone resin is already very low, increasing the temperature and increasing the energy has little effect on the force, so the viscosity of Silicone resin will not change significantly due to temperature changes. This feature is generally organic The performance of the resin is not the same.


Living § "Run" is wonderful

I read a book about running. The author went from being a graphic worker who lacked exercise to being able to complete the 42-kilometer I invested in road running after I graduated from school, in addition to wanting to develop exercise habits and enhance physical fitness, I also like the joy of road running and the beautiful scenery along the way when I run. There are many pictures that I will never forget: I got up before dawn venue and watched the sun rise slowly in the process; moving towards the same goal with people I didn’t know, the distance between people has getting closer; when I felt tired with the idea of wanting to succeed, i strive to move on. Although running is a sport that almost everyone will do, the marathon has many details to pay attention to before it can be completed successfully. Setting goals is easy, but the process of achieving them is not simple at all. Participating in road running has made me more aware of myself. I use running to get out of the comfort zone, think about the difficulties in life, and find out better ways or different mentalities to look at things. You can also try it!
