Experiment § Application of dipping process

There are many ways to protect parts with resin. For example, pouring, molding, packaging, etc. In contrast, dipping is rarely used. This process first aligns the parts and then soaks them in the resin (Figure 1-2). Simple shapes are dipped in ordinary environments, such as simple copper sheets and iron rods; parts with complex shapes, slits and holes are dipped under vacuum. Then raise the part to the liquid level at an appropriate speed (Figure 3). The slower the speed, the thinner the resin and the more beautiful the surface. Some applications will wipe the parts with a dust-free cloth to remove excess resin at the lower end. Finally, put it into the oven to heat and cure (Figure 4). This process has two challenges:1. If there are bubbles on the surface of the product, it must be dipped under vacuum, or even sealed with internal paint, that is, dipped twice and baked twice to completely avoid bubbles (Figure 5); 2. The resin must have good sag resistance during the curing process, and it cannot flow or drip at high temperature to obtain a stable shape and thickness (Figure 6). We can cooperate with customers to develop the process, and you are welcome to contact us.

Activity § Reading makes you grow

In 2009, company colleagues provided "I hope this company will always be here" for everyone to read. Since then, Everwide has also distributed many positive books and continuously rooted in the concept of reading, and bought books such as psychology, art, diet, and periodicals, and placed them in the library for colleagues to borrow. In October, we set up a new rotating bookshelf in the reception area to provide customers with reading and facilitate colleagues to borrow. Last year, we read the book "Target" throughout the factory. Recently, we will use the book "Questions Behind the Questions" to launch an internal employee's essay writing campaign to enhance the company's overall reading style and self-growth.

Knowledge § Compare Epoxy with PU (2)

Continue the previous issue. 7. Water absorption rate: In most cases, the water absorption rate of PU is greater than Epoxy, but there are also PUs with very low water absorption rate, so it cannot be generalized. 8. Tg: It is very easy for Epoxy to increase Tg to above 60℃. Conversely, the Tg of rigid PU is a little bit higher than room temperature. The Tg of some PUs can be as low as -20℃ or below, which is relatively rare with Epoxy. 9. High temperature resistance: For short-term high temperature characteristics, the cracking temperature of Epoxy is usually higher than that of PU. 10. Bubbles: Bubbles will occur during the curing process of PU. It is easier for Epoxy to obtain cured products without bubbles at all. 11. Reaction speed: In terms of room temperature, PU is relatively easy to make a rapid curing system (curing within a few minutes). Epoxy is more common for more than a few hours. In order to shorten the curing time, we often increase the temperature to increase the reaction rate. 12. Formula flexibility: Epoxy has many types of curing systems, such as amines, anhydrides, mercaptans, ion polymerization, etc., which is more flexible and diverse; PU is mainly based on isocyanate and polyol, which is relatively few changes.

Living § Diet with low glycemic index

The simplest thing is persistence, but the most difficult thing is also persistence. Due to the increasing trend of Modern Civilized Illness and the increase in the curve of sub-healthy people, obesity is also regarded as one of the symptoms by default. A doctor said, "Modern people eat too much and have too little activity, so the ensuing civilization disease is overnutrition. The way to improve is to eat right things and exercise moderately." I didn't get into contact with a healthy diet until my family's health was abnormal. The vast majority of people have problems with their physical conditions because they eat abnormally or have irregular lifestyle. A low-glycemic index diet can help us choose what to eat and make us eat healthier. The first step is to eat the right food. Basically, rice, bread and pasta are high-glycemic, so we try not to have them. Most vegetables are low-glycemic (Figure 1). Because I want to lose weight, meat should not be too oily (Figure 2). However, it is not enough to lose weight, and the body fat rate also needs to be taken into account, so as long as you choose the right food, you do not have to worry about calories. In the second step, I use boiling water instead of beverages to reduce calorie intake, promote new metabolism, and make fat burning more effective. In a state of dubious doubt, I began to stick to the health management. Two months later, the effect was very exciting: I changed from a young man with a bad mood and a drink addiction to a full-bodied, seemingly returning 20-year-old self. Such a change made me re-understand that prevention is better than cure. This is my road to health management. I suggest you consult a doctor based on your personal situation.
