The most common pressure-sensitive adhesive in life is the adhesive on the tape. When we smooth the tape with our hands, the adhesive feels pressure and penetrates to the surface of the object to be adhered to achieve the purpose of follow-up (Bi-weekly report 203). The characteristics of pressure-sensitive adhesives are controlled by tackifying resins, plasticizers, elastomers, etc. On the one hand, if there is too much plasticizer, the colloid will be too wet (Figure 1); on the other hand, if there is too much elastomer, the colloid will be too dry (Figure 2); the proper tackiness is the result of the coordination of various factors (Figure 3). We have developed UV-type pressure-sensitive adhesives for PET packaging boxes (Bi-weekly report 97) and OCA's removable tape (Bi-weekly report 220). As for the adhesives of traditional tapes, most of them are solvent-based systems. In response to the trend of environmental protection, we have developed a UV-type adhesive tape, which has been tested on the PET film, showing good results. A year-end meeting is held on the last working day before the Chinese New Year to let everyone understand the results of the past year and outline the company's future development direction. Especially the business and R&D reports can let the manufacturing colleagues know where the products are used and what types of customers are. Working more clearly is definitely the key to the company’s development and the purpose of the meeting. In addition to reports from various departments, we also invited Mr. Yu Minghe to talk to us about "the key to ERP launching and the cognition it should be". System construction is a very important work for us in 2018. Only with "information" can we create "discipline", make correct judgments, let everyone participate in management, and achieve the ideal of "everyone in charge". For this year's movie appreciation, we chose "Boss Noballs". This is a good movie released in 1989: we see our ancestors struggling in hardship, and we will definitely get some inspiration.

The first step to prevent photoaging is not to let the resin absorb light. According to this strategy, there are the following methods to achieve this goal:1. Add ultraviolet absorber: The ability of ultraviolet absorber to absorb ultraviolet rays is much higher than that of resin. When the amount of ultraviolet light absorbed becomes less, the photo-aging can be reduced; 2. Add quenching agent: the resin will enter an excited state after absorbing ultraviolet light and cause decomposition. The quenching agent can transfer the energy of the excited state of the resin to itself and release it to the environment in the form of heat energy to protect the resin; 3. Add sunscreen: for example, white pigment (titanium dioxide) can reflect light, black pigment (carbon black) It can absorb light and protect the resin from light. The above methods will alleviate the influence of light on the resin, but there will still be the light that will cause the resin to undergo photoaging reactions, and chain scission will generate free radicals. Therefore, in addition to not allowing the resin to absorb light, it is necessary to add a hindered amine system antioxidant to remove the free radicals generated by photoaging, so as to more completely protect the resin and slow down the occurrence of photoaging.

Aunt Yueying, who works hard to clean the garden every day, is a hearing impaired and usually relies on written conversations for communication. The hand interpreter needs to listen to the speech attentively and the content of the author’s report was truthfully hand-interpreted to Aunt Yueying. Even if the lecture data is provided to the hand interpreter in advance, but the numerous chemical nouns also bring some difficulties to the teacher. Thank you very much for the assistance of the hand interpreter, so that Aunt Yueying can successfully participate in the year-end conference with everyone. In hindsight, sign language interpretation may be a highlight of this conference, because it represents the effort of people to communicate. Sign language is the most beautiful language in the world.
