Many electronic parts are packaged in places where wires appear. This place seems simple, but it is not easy to handle. As shown in Figure 1,2, the wire delaminated from the resin after folding back, forming a path for moisture intrusion and damaging electronic parts. Figure 3 is a hard epoxy resin, which is easy to delaminate from the PVC wire. Some formulations can have a better bite with PVC (Figure 4). The use of moisture-hardened MS resin encapsulation has good adhesion to PVC and can be bent without delaminating due to external force (Figure 5). Some hardened epoxy resin is not suitable for the connection of the wires. You can apply a drop of MS resin on the top of the original wire to reinforce it afterward, and you can get good results. Sometimes it is limited by the characteristics of the wire material and the processing method of the parts. When the choice of adhesive is limited, we will try to study the surface treatment method. In short, it must go out but never derail.

Phr is the abbreviation of Parts per hundred parts of resin, representing the amount of addition to be blended per 100 parts of resin. For example, when 50Phr means 100 grams of resin, 50 grams of this substance should be added. The B agent of two-component epoxy resin sometimes writes 33Phr, sometimes writes A to B as 3 to 1. It is the same thing. This unit is commonly used in coatings, inks, and other industries, an additional concept. For example, a particular formula: resin/hardener/catalyst=100/50/25, in terms of the idea of Phr, the hardener and catalyst are 50 and 25 respectively; the concept of the overall ratio is 4/2/1; The percentages are 57.1, 28.6, 14.3%.

Snow Corridor in Toyama, Japan, has heavy snowfall in winter. For safety reasons, the mountain is closed in mid-to-late November every year, and the mountain does not open until mid-April of the following year. Local residents will use a giant snow shovel to open a white snow mountain road; the towering snow wall is spectacular. Fortunately, we visited Snow Corridor on the first day of the mountain. After changing six modes of transportation, we finally enjoyed the natural beauty. Unfortunately, due to global warming, the snow wall's height has been reduced from 19m last year to 13m. I hope that this magnificent scenery can be preserved every year and not disappear. I also visited Kanazawa Kenrokuen, one of Japan'sJapan's three most famous gardens, and Shirakawago, a world cultural heritage site. Kanazawa has the title of Little Kyoto, and it has developed well due to the move of Toshi Maeda'sMaeda's family. It is famous for its rich gold leaf, and tasting the ice cream sprinkled with gold leaf is an extremely luxurious treat. Enjoy the ultimate Japanese garden craftsmanship in Kenrokuen Garden. The gardens with tall pine trees and small bridges, and flowing water make you feel like you are in the Edo period. The sight of the cherry blossom king in the garden is even more lingering. In April, the snow in Shirakawa Township receded and no longer looked like icing shaped of the gingerbread house. The Gassho-zukuri (合掌造り) with the snow-white clothes off stands in a quiet tribe, giving people a feeling of being alone and peaceful. The short trip washed away work fatigue and rekindled a lot of energy. I hope that the good fortune bestowed by God will last for a whole year so that I will be more energetic to face every next difficult challenge.
