實驗報告 § 呋喃預浸樹脂的開發 呋喃樹脂可從廢棄的玉米梗提煉糠醇(Furfuryl Alcohol)來製造，在永續發展的綠色化學領域受到重視(圖1,2)。呋喃樹脂縮聚反應後形成交聯的網絡結構，其呋喃環具有優良的耐酸、耐鹼、耐溶劑和耐熱性能，常作為鑄造業的砂芯和砂模黏結劑。 我們以玻璃纖維布、碳纖維布或植物纖維布為增強材料，透過控制樹脂含量、黏度與乾燥條件，製做出具有指觸微黏的呋喃樹脂預浸布，經熱壓固化後具有良好的機械強度。與傳統酚醛樹脂相比，呋喃樹脂有較低的揮發性與氣體釋放量，符合UL94 V-0燃燒等級，具有碳化率高、煙密度低的特性 (圖3,4)，在能源、航太、防火與建築領域有成長的潛力。 －作者：林榮新 先生 關於永寬 § 斗六國中來參訪 斗六國中師生日前蒞臨參訪，希望透過活動，讓他們了解化工廠的實際運作模式，並認識黏著劑在日常生活與各類產業中的應用。導覽過程中，學生們充滿好奇，積極提問和分享心得。在觀察生產下料作業時：「如此笨重的桶子，大哥哥竟能操作得那麼流暢，真厲害！」看到省力搬運機輕鬆搬運箱子：「真空吸附原理，好神奇呀！」。介紹產品應用時：「原來木材上黑色部分是樹...
